What is a Chemical Peel?

Chemical Peels are solutions designed to rapidly target areas of concerns such as acne, scarring, melasma, sun damage,  fine lines, tightening skin, shrinking pores and restoring skin radiance.

For some people, the term “peel” can invoke a daunting mental image of the shedding of the top layer of skin (like a snake), however that is not what happens with gentle peels. Types of Peels :

Glycolic Peel -  Derived from Sugar Cane and effectively treats melasma, sun damage, age spots, large pores, fine lines and wrinkles, brightens and lightens the overall complexion and builds collagen.  It has the smallest molecular structure and travels the deepest in the skin. 

Salicylic Peel - Derived from Willow Bark and effectively treats active acne by breaking down clogged oil in the pores and inside active pustules. Decreases oil production and shrinks pores. Noticeable reduction in breakouts, oil production and pores.  

Lactic Peel - Derived from milk enzymes and effective for mature skin to resurface dull, uneven complexion, lift and lighten hyperpigmentation, restores hydration and softens wrinkles.
